Pawse is a digital wellness application designed to help users:

• Monitor and reduce screen time
• Participate in digital detox sessions
• Earn rewards for offline time
• Access mindfulness and wellness tools
• Connect with a community focused on digital wellness

3. Eligibility

To use Pawse, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

• You must create an account to access certain features of Pawse
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4.2 Account Security

• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Uses

You may use Pawse for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or harvest user information without consent

6. Points Rewards System

6.1 Earning Rewards

• Points are earned through verified offline time and completed challenges
• Rewards are calculated based on our proprietary algorithms
• We reserve the right to modify the rewards system with notice
• Fraudulent activity may result in forfeiture of rewards

6.2 Redeeming Rewards

• Rewards may be redeemed for available offers within the app
• Redemption options may change without notice
• Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable
• We reserve the right to limit or modify redemption options

7. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Pawse, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our Rights

• Pawse and all related content are owned by Pawse Inc. or our licensors
• Our trademarks, logos, and service marks are protected intellectual property
• You may not use our intellectual property without written permission

• You retain ownership of content you create or upload

• You represent that you have the right to grant this license

• Any transactions between you and third parties

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

10.1 Service Availability

• We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access
• We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance or other reasons
• We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions

10.2 Wellness Disclaimer

• Pawse is not a medical device or treatment
• Our app is not a substitute for professional medical advice
• Consult healthcare professionals for serious mental health concerns
• We make no guarantees about health outcomes from using our Service

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• PAWSE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
• OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pawse Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or share

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

• You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings
• You may also request account deletion by contacting support

13.2 Termination by Us

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
• We may terminate the Service entirely with reasonable notice
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately

14. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting updated Terms on our website
• Sending an in-app notification
• Emailing you at your registered email address

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes
